Penton Hook Project

The Thames Anglers Conservancy, in partnership with the Environment Agency, have been carrying out a series of enhancements to the lock island at Penton Hook. The work has been to improve and maintain the important spawning channel which is a significant area of refuge for smaller fish and works as a fish pass to below the weir.
